  • Can I book a service for a friend, child or family member?
    Yes, you can book services for yourself and book another separately for a friend, child or family member. The account owner must be there to accept the service provider.
  • Where are services delivered?
    You can request services to your home, office or anywhere you need them. Additionally, if a group books together in one apartment building or office; everyone receives a discount. It's more fun to book group services with your friends and work co-workers.
  • Are the prices higher on peazy?
    The peazy price guarantee - Prices are set directly by our providers. We do not markup any of the prices. The price you see is the price you will pay. No Hidden fees. No platform fee.
  • Is it true I can save money using peazy?
    Yes, our goal is to increase the number of appointments at your location, this reduces the costs for the service providers which we then give back to you. You can now save up to 20% by booking on the same day as others at your location. The discount is automatically applied as more people book on the platform. So go ahead and share, let's book more appointments at your location and everyone saves money. Plus, we cut car rides for the health of our planet.
  • Is it true, all items are dry cleaned when you use the dry cleaning service?
    Nope, dry cleaners will clean your items according to the label instructions. Clean you pants, suits, shirts, polos, jerseys, dresses, shirts, coats, scarves and more. They even do laundry by the load (separating darks and lights for quality). For any and all of your cleaning needs- you can use a dry cleaner to take care of your garments, wash and press them as needed so they are ready to wear!
  • Does the dry cleaning service also do laundry by the load?
    Yes, they do laundry by the load as not everything needs to be dry cleaned. If you need laundry, we have it covered. Weather it is table linen, towels, regular clothes, jeans and other, the dry cleaning service will take care of it and return in three-business days, ready to use.
  • How does my dry cleaning get returned?
    Items are returned to the same location as the pick-up, in three business days. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need to have your clothes returned earlier.
  • Is it more expensive to use the dry cleaning pick-up & return service?
    We guaranteed that our service providers will not charge a higher price through peazy then they do off our platform. peazy does not charge an additional pick-up/return fee or platform fee.   • What is the benefit of using a dry cleaning pick-up & return service?
    Save time and hassle. Never forget to pick up your cleaning on your way home- we bring it right to you. Also, save gas as there is no need to commute.
  • What if I don’t know exactly what options to pick when I put in my dry cleaning order?
    If you are unsure, take your best guess or leave it blank and the dry cleaner will adjust the order if required. It is not a problem, the dry cleaner will make sure to adjust to the correct items so you are charged just for the items you provide for cleaning.
  • How do I submit for health benefits coverage?
    After your massage therapy appointment is complete, you will be charged, securely through Stripe on the credit card you attached to your account. You'll receive a detailed receipt via email to submit if you have benefits coverage and your insurance provider will return those funds to you - as per your plan details.
  • Are the massage therapists registered and insured?
    Yes, all the massage therapists on our peazy are vetted, local, experienced professionals. They are registered massage therapists (RMT's) and come fully equipped with what they need to provide massage therapy at your location. They are insured as well, so just relax and enjoy your massage!
  • What is a good location to set up a massage therapy event?
    Any room big enough to set up a massage table or massage chair will suffice but having a little bit of privacy is normally preferred. For chair massage, a 4' x 2' foot space is all you need. It is a small footprint and can work in the corner of most rooms. You remain fully clothed. For table massage, you'll want a semi-private to private space about 6' x 3' feet. You can book a fully clothed 30-minute table massage or a 45-90 minute full massage (clothing optional).
  • Do I need to supply the massage table or massage chair?
    No, our profession massage therapists (RMT's) will supply all the equipment they need which includes the massage table or chair, sanitation, sheets and oils as required.
  • Do I need to supply the motor oil?
    No, our mobile mechanics will provide all the oil, filters and any parts for your service.
  • Where will the automotive service happen?
    Our mobile mechanic will go to your location. Pick up your keys and perform the service work in a designated parking lot or drive-way. He will do all the work at your home or office.
  • Why are our prices higher than an oil change shop?
    Our mechanic only offers full synthetic oil changes. We don’t have a basic cheap option for oil change to ensure you get the best product and service possible. Our prices are competitive when looking at other full synthetic oil changes on the market.
  • Will they do oil changes in the winter?
    Yes, our service providers will do oil changes year round, even in Winnipeg! If it’s an unusually frigid day he may request to postpone but that will be at the discretion of the service provider.
  • What are the benefits of using Peazy?
    By bringing service providers to one location to serve many, we can collectively reduce car trips and help our planet. You’ll be supporting local service providers while enjoying the convenience of service delivery. Employees see better work-life balance with access to personal services booked online and delivered to their location, at home or work.
  • Is my company liable if I bring in a service provider and something happens?
    You take on more risks bringing in services if you don't use peazy. Our agreements are designed to put 100% of the risk solely on the customer and service provider. On top of that, we ensure all our professionals are vetted and guarantee that they are certified and insured.
  • Who covers the cost of the services?
    The business can cover the cost of the group service events or let individual staff cover their own services—you decide. For example, you may cover a special manicure day for your staff and have your staff cover their own on-site oil change or chair massage session.
  • How do group services work?
    A peazy administrator helps you set up one-time or recurring service events like in-office chair massages, group mani-pedi days, haircuts, dry cleaning pick up, on-site oil changes and more. Once the event is created, your employees will be able to book an appointment within that event and the platform will manage the rest.
  • Where are services delivered?
    You set the approved service areas at your office. When you book a service event you will select what service area will be used for the service. This service area will be shared with your employees and the service provider at the time of booking.
  • Where does the tip go?
    You may leave a tip at the time of booking for your service provider and 100% of the tip will go to the service provider. We are working on new features to enable tipping after the service.
  • Is there a delivery or booking fee for using Peazy?
    No, Peazy doesn’t add a booking fee, delivery fee or hidden fee. The final price you confirm is the price you pay, excluding any federal or provincial taxes.
  • How does payment work?
    At the time of your booking, you securely enter your payment information through Stripe, a safe and secure financial service that processes payments for millions of businesses. Peazy doesn’t hold any of your payment details directly.
